  • We have extensive experience in investigating suspected irregularities and have worked for many years on both criminal investigations and internal investigations within companies and other organisations.
  • When suspicions of irregularities arise, there may be several reasons to investigate what has happened and who may have done what, including to understand whether:
  • there are grounds for disciplinary or other employment law measures,
  • there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a crime has been committed,
  • there are grounds for filing a police report,
  • the conduct has resulted in financial loss,
  • there is a risk of corporate fines or other sanctions, or
  • there is a need to update internal processes and procedures.

We assist our clients with all aspects of an internal investigation, in close collaboration with the company’s legal, HR, or compliance function. We can also act as a sounding board for companies that have their own internal investigation capacity.
