Per Kjellstrand
Per has an extensive background as a prosecutor at both the Swedish Prosecution Authority and the Swedish Economic Crime Authority (SECA). As such, he has extensive experience in handling preliminary investigations and criminal proceedings relating to a wide range of offences, including complex financial crime.
Per has also worked at SECA’s financial markets chamber, handling criminal cases involving insider offences and other forms of market abuse. Prior to establishing Falk & Kjellstand with Mia, Per was with Advokatfirman Vinge as their Economic Crime Expert.
Per assists Swedish and international companies with all matters relating to criminal law and investigations. The companies may be victims of criminal conduct perpetrated by internal or external parties, or may themselves be the subject of an investigation.
Per has also served as a Subject Matter Expert to the Ministry of Justice and as a Legal Adviser to the Swedish Armed Forces’ international contingent in Kosovo.
