We are a boutique law firm, specialised in white-collar crime, corporate criminal law, internal investigations and anti-corruption. The firm’s partners, Mia Falk and Per Kjellstrand, both have backgrounds from Law Enforcement, as well as from the Tier 1 corporate law firm Vinge.
Our combined experience of criminal investigations and corporate law is rare among Swedish law firms.
We assist Swedish and international companies in matters regarding corporate criminal law, investigations and anti-corruption. As such, our services include reactive measures, such as the handling of whistleblower reports, criminal investigations, as well as preventive measures, such as risk assessments, policies and training.
